It wasn’t always easy as Melissa started smoking at the age of 12 and started bunking school soon after. Then at the age of 15 he was thrown out. It was her last day at school, but her parents told Melissa that she would have to get a job. So she became an apprentice with Transport for London. She held the position for two months before being fired after failing a security test.

When she was 20, she set a goal to become a senior human resources officer by the age of 30 and achieved it by the age of 26. At the age of 26 he bought his first house. Then after 10 years in HR, he set up his own property business.
